Alif-Lãm-Ra. ˹This is˺ a Book whose verses are well perfected and then fully explained. ˹It is˺ from the One ˹Who is˺ All-Wise, All-Aware.

(الر) سبق الكلام على الحروف المقطَّعة في أول سورة البقرة. هذا الكتاب الذي أنزله الله على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم أُحكمت آياته من الخلل والباطل، ثم بُيِّنت بالأمر والنهي وبيان الحلال والحرام من عند الله، الحكيم بتدبير الأمور، الخبير بما تؤول إليه عواقبها.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
