Surely your Lord gives abundant or limited provisions to whoever He wills. He is certainly All-Aware, All-Seeing of His servants.

ثم أخبر تعالى أنه يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء من عباده ويقدره ويضيقه على من يشاء حكمة منه، { إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِ خَبِيرًا بَصِيرًا } فيجزيهم على ما يعلمه صالحا لهم ويدبرهم بلطفه وكرمه.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
