Your Lord knows you best. He may have mercy on you if He wills, or punish you if He wills. We have not sent you ˹O Prophet˺ as a keeper over them.

يقول الله تعالى ( ربكم أعلم بكم ) أيها الناس من يستحق منكم الهداية ومن لا يستحق ( إن يشأ يرحمكم ) بأن يوفقكم لطاعته والإنابة إليه ( أو إن يشأ يعذبكم وما أرسلناك ) يا محمد ( عليهم وكيلا ) أي إنما أرسلناك نذيرا فمن أطاعك دخل الجنة ومن عصاك دخل النار
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
