They will whisper among themselves, “You stayed no more than ten days ˹on the earth˺.”

( يتخافتون بينهم ) قال ابن عباس : يتسارون بينهم ، أي : يقول بعضهم لبعض : ( إن لبثتم إلا عشرا ) أي : في الدار الدنيا ، لقد كان لبثكم فيها قليلا عشرة أيام أو نحوها .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
