Say, “What has been revealed to me is this: ‘Your God is only One God.’ Will you then submit?”

{ قُلْ } يا محمد { إِنَّمَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ أَنَّمَا إِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ } الذي لا يستحق العبادة إلا هو، ولهذا قال:{ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ } أي: منقادون لعبوديته مستسلمون لألوهيته، فإن فعلوا فليحمدوا ربهم على ما منَّ عليهم بهذه النعمة التي فاقت المنن.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
