Also so they would not say, if struck by an affliction for what their hands have done: “Our Lord! If only You had sent us a messenger, we would have followed Your revelations and become believers.”

আর রাসূল না পাঠালে তাদের কৃতকর্মের জন্য তাদের উপর কোন বিপদ হলে তারা বলত, ‘হে আমাদের রব! আপনি আমাদের কাছে কোন রাসূল পাঠালেন না কেন? পাঠালে আমরা আপনার নিদর্শন মেনে চলতাম এবং আমরা মুমিনদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতাম।’
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
