Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, and he remained among them for a thousand years, less fifty. Then the Flood overtook them, while they persisted in wrongdoing.

Na hakika tulimtumiliza Nūḥ kwa watu wake, akakaa kwao miaka elfu moja kasoro miaka hamsini, akiwaita kwenye upwekeshaji wa Mwenyezi Mungu na akiwakataza ushirikina, na wao wasimuitikie. Mwenyezi Mungu Akawaangamiza kwa mafuriko, na wao wako katika hali ya kujidhulumu wenyewe kwa ukafiri wao na kupita kiasi kwao katika uasi.
