Ni ya Mwenyezi Mungu mamlaka ya mbingu na ardhi na vilivyomo ndani yake. Anaumba viumbe anavyovitaka. Anamtunuku Anayemtaka miongoni mwa waja Wake wanawake bila kuwa na wanaume pamoja nao, na Anamtunuku Anayemtaka wanaume bila kuwa na wanawake pamoja nao.
