And whenever Our clear revelations are recited to them, their only argument is to say: “Bring our forefathers back, if what you say is true!”

ওদের নিকট যখন আমার সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ আবৃত্তি করা হয় তখন কেবল এ উক্তি ছাড়া ওদের কোন যুক্তি থাকে না যে, ‘তোমরা সত্যবাদী হলে আমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে উপস্থিত কর।’[১]
[১] এটাই হল তাদের সব চেয়ে বড় দলীল, যা কাট-হুজ্জতি ও অসার তর্ক বৈ কিছুই নয়।
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
