We raised the Mount over them ˹as a warning˺ for ˹breaking˺ their covenant and said, “Enter the gate ˹of Jerusalem˺ with humility.” We also warned them, “Do not break the Sabbath,” and took from them a firm covenant.

আর তাদের অঙ্গীকার নেবার সময় তূর পর্বতকে তাদের উপর উচ্চ করে ধরেছিলাম এবং তাদেরকে বলেছিলাম, ‘নতশিরে (নগরের) দ্বার প্রবেশ কর’ এবং তাদেরকে বলেছিলাম, ‘শনিবারে (বিশ্রামের দিন মাছ ধরে) সীমালংঘন করো না’ এবং তাদের নিকট থেকে দৃঢ় অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছিলাম।
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
