أي:{ وَفِي مُوسَى } وما أرسله الله به إلى فرعون وملئه، بالآيات البينات، والمعجزات الظاهرات، آية للذين يخافون العذاب الأليم، فلما أتى موسى بذلك السلطان المبين
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
