يقول تعالى منكرا على المشركين في تسميتهم الملائكة تسمية الأنثى ، وجعلهم لها أنها بنات الله ، كما قال :( وجعلوا الملائكة الذين هم عباد الرحمن إناثا أشهدوا خلقهم ستكتب شهادتهم ويسألون )[ الزخرف : 19 ] ; ولهذا قال :
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
