{ مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَيْهَا } أي: على تلك السرر، جلوس تمكن وطمأنينة وراحة واستقرار. { مُتَقَابِلِينَ } وجه كل منهم إلى وجه صاحبه، من صفاء قلوبهم، وحسن أدبهم، وتقابل قلوبهم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
