˹There is˺ also ˹the example of˺ Mary, the daughter of ’Imrân, who guarded her chastity, so We breathed into her ˹womb˺ through Our angel ˹Gabriel˺.1 She testified to the words of her Lord and His Scriptures, and was one of the ˹sincerely˺ devout.

Na Mwenyezi Mungu Anapiga mfano kwa walioamini. Mfano wenyewe ni Maryam binti 'Imran aliyeihifadhi tupu yake na akailinda na uzinifu, basi mwenyezi Mungu Akamuamrisha Jibrili, amani imshukie, apulize kwenye mfuko wa nguo yake. Na ule mpulizo ukafika kwenye uzao wake. Hapo akabeba mimba ya ‘Īsā, amani imshukie, akayaamini maneno ya Mola wake, akafuata kivitendo Sheria Zake Alizozipasisha kwa waja Wake na vitabu Vyake Alivyoviteremsha kwa Mitume Wake, na akawa ni miongoni mwa wale wenye kumtii Yeye.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
