And whenever I invite them to be forgiven by You, they press their fingers into their ears, cover themselves with their clothes, persist ˹in denial˺, and act very arrogantly.

Na mimi kila nikiwalingania wao ili wakuamini wewe, ipate kuwa hiyo ni njia ya wewe kuwasamehe dhambi zao, hutia vidole vyao masikioni mwao, ili wasisikie ulinganizi wa haki, na hujifinika nguo zao wasipate kuniona, na hujikita kwenye ukafiri wao na hufanya kiburi sana cha kutoikubali haki.
