Their only cry—when overwhelmed by Our torment—was, “We have indeed been wrongdoers.”

آیت 5 فَمَا کَانَ دَعْوٰٹہُمْ اِذْ جَآءَ ہُمْ بَاْسُنَآ اِلَّآ اَنْ قَالُوْٓا اِنَّا کُنَّا ظٰلِمِیْنَ واقعتا ہمارے رسولوں نے تو ہماری آنکھیں کھولنے کی پوری کوشش کی تھی مگر ہم نے ہی اپنی جانوں پر زیادتی کی جو ان کی دعوت کو نہ مانا۔
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
