Then they killed the she-camel—defying their Lord’s command—and challenged ˹Ṣâliḥ˺, “Bring us what you threaten us with, if you are ˹truly˺ one of the messengers.”

Wakamchinja ngamia kwa kutojali onyo la Ṣāliḥ, na wakaingiwa na kiburi kilichowafanya wasifuate amri ya Mola wao na wakasema, kwa njia ya shere na kwa kuona kuwa adhabu iko mbali na wao, «Ewe Ṣāliḥ, tuletee hiyo adhabu ambayo unatuonya nayo, iwapo wewe ni miongoni mwa Mitume wa Mwenyezi Mungu!»
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
