Hayakuwa majibu ya watu wa Lūṭ, alipowapinga kwa kitendo chao kilichofikia upeo wa ubaya, isipokuwa ni kuambiana wao kwa wao, «Mtoeni Lūṭ na wafuasi wake nchini mwenu, kwa kuwa yeye na wanaomfuata ni watu wanaojiepusha na kuwajia wanaume kwenye sehemu zao za nyuma.»
