They ask you ˹O Prophet˺ regarding the spoils of war. Say, “Their distribution is decided by Allah and His Messenger. So be mindful of Allah, settle your affairs, and obey Allah and His Messenger if you are ˹true˺ believers.”

Masahaba Zako wanakuuliza, ewe Nabii, kuhusu ngawira siku ya Badr: utawagawia vipi? Waambie, «Jambo lake limeachiwa Mwenyezi Mungu na Mtume Wake» Mtume ndiye mwenye kusimamia ugawaji wake kwa amri ya Mola wake. Basi jikingeni na mateso ya Mwenyezi Mungu wala msithubutu kumuasi, na muache kubishana na kuteta kwa sababu ya mali, na mzitengeneze hali zenu, na mjilazimishe utiifu kwa Mwenyezi Mungu na Mtume Wake iwapo nyinyi ni Waumini, kwani Imani inapelekea kumtii Mwenyezi Mungu na Mtume Wake.
