It is certainly upon Us ˹alone˺ to show ˹the way to˺ guidance.

قال قتادة : ( إن علينا للهدى ) أي : نبين الحلال والحرام . وقال غيره : من سلك طريق الهدى وصل إلى الله . وجعله كقوله تعالى :( وعلى الله قصد السبيل )[ النحل : 9 ] . حكاه ابن جرير .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
