May Allah pardon you ˹O Prophet˺! Why did you give them permission ˹to stay behind˺ before those who told the truth were distinguished from those who were lying?

О Мухаммад! Пусть Аллах простит тебя за то, что ты позволил людям остаться в городе и не принять участия в походе! Тебе следовало испытать их, чтобы выяснить, кто из них говорит правду, а кто лжет. Ты должен был разрешить остаться в городе только тем, кто действительно имеет оправдание.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
