Dios hace descender agua del cielo dando vida con ella a la tierra azotada por la sequía. En esto hay un signo para quienes recapacitan.

وكما جعل تعالى القرآن حياة للقلوب الميتة بكفرها ، كذلك يحيي [ الله ] الأرض بعد موتها بما ينزله عليها من السماء من ماء ، ( إن في ذلك لآية لقوم يسمعون ) أي : يفهمون الكلام ومعناه .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
