Diles: “Si los mares fueran tinta para escribir las Palabras de mi Señor, se agotaría el agua de los mares antes de que se agotaran las Palabras de mi Señor, aunque se trajeran otros mares de tinta [equivalentes a los que existen]”.

قل -أيها الرسول-: لو كان ماء البحر حبرًا للأقلام التي يكتب بها كلام الله من علمه وحكمه، وما أوحاه إلى ملائكته ورسله، لنفِد ماء البحر قبل أن تنفد كلمات الله، ولو جئنا بمثل البحر بحارًا أخرى مددًا له. وفي الآية إثبات صفة الكلام لله -تعالى- حقيقة كما يليق بجلاله وكماله.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
