يقول تعالى مخبرا عن السحرة حين توافقوا هم وموسى ، عليه السلام ، أنهم قالوا لموسى :( إما أن تلقي ) أي : أنت أولا ( إما أن تلقي وإما أن نكون أول من ألقى)
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
