{ فَإِذَا اسْتَوَيْتَ أَنْتَ وَمَنْ مَعَكَ عَلَى الْفُلْكِ } أي: علوتم عليها، واستقلت بكم في تيار الأمواج، ولجج اليم، فاحمدوا الله على النجاة والسلامة. فقل الحمد لله الذي نجانا من القوم الظالمين، وهذا تعليم منه له ولمن معه، أن يقولوا هذا شكرا له وحمدا على نجاتهم من القوم الظالمين في عملهم وعذابهم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
