Se te ha revelado [¡Oh, Mujámmad!], y también a los [Profetas] que te precedieron, que si cometes idolatría, tus obras se perderán y te contarás entre los perdedores.

( ولقد أوحي إليك وإلى الذين من قبلك لئن أشركت ليحبطن عملك ولتكونن من الخاسرين )
وهذه كقوله : ( ولو أشركوا لحبط عنهم ما كانوا يعملون )[ الأنعام : 88 ] .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
