Quienes tomaron a otros [como divinidades y objeto de adoración] en lugar de Dios, deben saber que Dios tiene registradas todas sus obras; pero tú [¡Oh, Mujámmad!] no eres responsable de lo que ellos hagan.

﴿وَٱلَّذِینَ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦۤ﴾ أَيْ الْأَصْنَام ﴿أَوۡلِیَاۤءَ ٱللَّهُ حَفِیظٌ﴾ مُحْصٍ ﴿عَلَیۡهِمۡ﴾ لِيُجَازِيَهُمْ ﴿وَمَاۤ أَنتَ عَلَیۡهِم بِوَكِیلࣲ ٦﴾ تحصل المطلوب منهم وما عَلَيْك إلَّا الْبَلَاغ
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
