Sepan que aun cuando los que se negaron a creer los hubieran combatido [en Hudaibiiah], habrían huido vencidos, pues no hubieran encontrado quién los protegiera ni los defendiera.

هذه بشارة من الله لعباده المؤمنين، بنصرهم على أعدائهم الكافرين، وأنهم لو قابلوهم وقاتلوهم { لَوَلَّوُا الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيًّا } يتولى أمرهم، { وَلَا نَصِيرًا } ينصرهم ويعينهم على قتالكم، بل هم مخذولون مغلوبون.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
