"وأسروا قولكم أو اجهروا به إنه عليم بذات الصدور"، قال ابن عباس : نزلت في المشركين كانوا ينالون من رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فيخبره جبريل عليه السلام بما قالوا فقال بعضهم لبعض : أسروا قولكم كي لا يسمع إله محمد .
