قوله تعالى : أفأصفاكم ربكم بالبنين واتخذ من الملائكة إناثا إنكم لتقولون قولا عظيما هذا يرد على من قال من العرب : الملائكة بنات الله ، وكان لهم بنات أيضا مع النبيين ، [ ص: 238 ] ولكنه أراد : أفأخلص لكم البنين دونه وجعل البنات مشتركة بينكم وبينه .إنكم لتقولون قولا عظيما أي في الإثم عند الله - عز وجل - .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
