يخبر تعالى عما كان من نهي هارون ، عليه السلام ، لهم عن عبادة العجل ، وإخباره إياهم : إنما هذا فتنة لكم ( وإن ربكم الرحمن ) الذي خلق كل شيء فقدره تقديرا ، ذو العرش المجيد ، الفعال لما يريد ( فاتبعوني ) أي : فيما آمركم به ، واتركوا ما أنهاكم عنه .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
