يخبر تعالى عن نفوذ مشيئته وأنه لو شاء لبعث في كل قرية نذيرا، أي: رسولا ينذرهم ويحذرهم فمشيئته غير قاصرة عن ذلك، ولكن اقتضت حكمته ورحمته بك وبالعباد -يا محمد- أن أرسلك إلى جميعهم أحمرهم وأسودهم عربيهم وعجميهم إنسهم وجنهم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
