( وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ ) - أيها الرسول الكريم - ( العزيز ) أى : صاحب العزة والغلبة والقهر ( الرحيم ) أى : الواسع الرحمة بعباده ، حيث لم يعاجلهم بالعقوبة مع كفرهم لعلهم يتوبون أو يعقلون .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
