C’est de par Sa miséricorde qu’Il vous a assigné la nuit et le jour pour que vous vous reposiez et cherchiez de Sa grâce, et afin que vous soyez reconnaissants.

ومن رحمته جعل لكم الليل والنهار لتسكنوا فيه أي فيهما وقيل : الضمير للزمان وهو الليل والنهار ( ولتبتغوا من فضله ) أي لتطلبوا من رزقه فيه أي في النهار فحذف . ( ولعلكم تشكرون ) .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
