يقال لهؤلاء المشركين -عند دخولهم النار على سبيل التوبيخ-: فذوقوا العذاب؛ بسبب غفلتكم عن الآخرة وانغماسكم في لذائذ الدنيا، إنا تركناكم اليوم في العذاب، وذوقوا عذاب جهنم الذي لا ينقطع؛ بما كنتم تعملون في الدنيا من الكفر بالله ومعاصيه.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
