le faux ne l’atteint [d’aucune part], ni par devant ni par derrière : c’est une révélation émanant d’un Sage, Digne de louange. 1

﴿لَّا یَأۡتِیهِ ٱلۡبَـٰطِلُ مِنۢ بَیۡنِ یَدَیۡهِ وَلَا مِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦۖ﴾ أي ليس قبله كتاب يكذبه ولا بعده ﴿تَنزِیلࣱ مِّنۡ حَكِیمٍ حَمِیدࣲ ٤٢﴾ أي الله المحمود في أمره
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
