Or, quand on annonce à l’un d’eux (la naissance) d’une semblable de ce qu’il attribue au Tout Miséricordieux, son visage s’assombrit d’un chagrin profond.

ومنها: أن الصنف الذي نسبوه للّه، وهو البنات، أدون الصنفين، وأكرههما لهم، حتى إنهم من كراهتهم لذلك { إِذَا بُشّرَ أَحَدُهُمْ بِمَا ضَرَبَ لِلرَّحْمَنِ مَثَلًا ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا } من كراهته وشدة بغضه، فكيف يجعلون للّه ما يكرهون؟
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
