Et ils (les hypocrites) jurent par Allah qu’ils sont vraiment des vôtres ; alors qu’ils ne le sont pas. Mais ce sont des gens peureux.

ويحلفون بالله إنهم لمنكم بين أن من أخلاق المنافقين الحلف بأنهم مؤمنون . نظيره إذا جاءك المنافقون قالوا نشهد إنك لرسول الله الآية . والفرق الخوف ، أي يخافون أن يظهروا ما هم عليه فيقتلوا .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
