Cos’altro aspettano, se non giorni simili a quelli di coloro che vissero prima di loro? Di’: «Aspettate, sarò con voi tra coloro che aspettano».

وقوله : ( فهل ينتظرون إلا مثل أيام الذين خلوا من قبلهم ) أي : فهل ينتظر هؤلاء المكذبون لك يا محمد من النقمة والعذاب إلا مثل أيام الله في الذين خلوا من قبلهم من الأمم المكذبة لرسلهم ، ( قل فانتظروا إني معكم من المنتظرين)
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
