قالوا يا ابانا ما لك لا تامنا على يوسف وانا له لناصحون ١١
قَالُوا۟ يَـٰٓأَبَانَا مَا لَكَ لَا تَأْمَ۫نَّا عَلَىٰ يُوسُفَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَنَـٰصِحُونَ ١١
قَالُواْ
يَٰٓأَبَانَا
مَا
لَكَ
لَا
تَأۡمَ۬نَّا
عَلَىٰ
يُوسُفَ
وَإِنَّا
لَهُۥ
لَنَٰصِحُونَ
١١
Dissero: «O padre nostro, perché non ti fidi di noi a proposito di Giuseppe? Eppure siamo sinceri nei suoi confronti

قال إخوة يوسف -بعد اتفاقهم على إبعاده-: يا أبانا ما لك لا تجعلنا أمناء على يوسف مع أنه أخونا، ونحن نريد له الخير ونشفق عليه ونرعاه، ونخصه بخالص النصح؟
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
