Se solo li sfiorasse un alito del castigo del tuo Signore, certamente direbbero: «Guai a noi, invero, siamo stati ingiusti!».

وقوله : ( ولئن مستهم نفحة من عذاب ربك ليقولن يا ويلنا إنا كنا ظالمين ) أي : ولئن مس هؤلاء المكذبين أدنى شيء من عذاب الله ، ليعترفن بذنوبهم ، وأنهم كانوا ظالمين أنفسهم في الدنيا .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
