Se domandi loro 1: «Chi ha creato i cieli e la terra e ha sottomesso il sole e la luna?». Certamente risponderanno: «Allah». Perché poi si distolgono [dalla retta via]?

﴿وَلَىِٕن﴾ لَام قَسَم ﴿سَأَلۡتَهُم﴾ أَيْ الْكُفَّار ﴿مَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ لَیَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُۖ فَأَنَّىٰ یُؤۡفَكُونَ ٦١﴾ يصرفون عن توحيده في إقرارهم بذلك
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
