أي: هو المالك لما في السماوات وما في الأرض، الذي خلقهم ورزقهم ويتصرف فيهم بقدره وقضائه، وفي شرعه وأمره، وإليه يرجعون يوم القيامة فيجازيهم بأعمالهم حسنها وسيئها.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
