Non c’è sanzione se non contro coloro che sono ingiusti con gli uomini e, senza ragione, spargono la corruzione sulla terra: essi avranno doloroso castigo.

{ إِنَّمَا السَّبِيلُ } أي: إنما تتوجه الحجة بالعقوبة الشرعية { عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَظْلِمُونَ النَّاسَ وَيَبْغُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ } وهذا شامل للظلم والبغي على الناس، في دمائهم وأموالهم وأعراضهم. { أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ } أي: موجع للقلوب والأبدان، بحسب ظلمهم وبغيهم.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
