ولهذا قال : ( وأن اعبدوني هذا صراط مستقيم ) أي : قد أمرتكم في دار الدنيا بعصيان الشيطان ، وأمرتكم بعبادتي ، وهذا هو الصراط المستقيم ، فسلكتم غير ذلك واتبعتم الشيطان فيما أمركم به ; ولهذا قال :
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
