Kecuali orang yang telah diberi rahmat oleh Allah; sesungguhnya Allah jualah yang Maha Kuasa, lagi Maha Mengasihani.

{ إِلَّا مَنْ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ } فإنه هو الذي ينتفع ويرتفع برحمة الله تعالى التي تسبب إليها وسعى لها سعيها في الدنيا. ثم قال تعالى:
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
