(Kiranya mereka tidak berbuat demikian) maka tunggulah (wahai Muhammad akan kesudahan mereka), sesungguhnya mereka juga menunggu (akan kesudahanmu).

{ فَارْتَقِبْ } أي: انتظر ما وعدك ربك من الخير والنصر } إِنَّهُمْ مُرْتَقِبُونَ ما يحل بهم من العذاب وفرق بين الارتقابين: رسول الله وأتباعه يرتقبون الخير في الدينا والآخرة، وضدهم يرتقبون الشر في الدنيا والآخرة.تم تفسير سورة الدخان، ولله الحمد والمنة
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
