Aan Allah behoort het verborgene van de hemelen en de aarde. En de zaak van het Uur is slechts een oogwenk of het is sneller. Voorwaar, Allah is Almachtig over alle zaken.

( ولله غيب السماوات والأرض وما أمر الساعة ) في قرب كونها ، ( إلا كلمح البصر ) إذا قال له : " كن " فيكون ، ( أو هو أقرب ) بل هو أقرب ، ( إن الله على كل شيء قدير ) نزلت في الكفار الذين يستعجلون القيامة استهزاء .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
