En toen Wij tot de Engelen zeiden: "Kniel jullie neer voor Adam," toen knielden zij allen, behalve Iblîs (Satan). Hij zei: "Moet ik (mij) neerknielen voor iemand die U uit aarde heeft geschapen?"
