En wie van jullie Allah en Zijn Booddschapper gehoorzaamt en goede werken verricht, die zullen Wij twee maal een beloning geven. Wij hebben voor haar een edele voorziening bereid.

{ وَمَنْ يَقْنُتْ مِنْكُنَّ } أي: تطيع { لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا } قليلا أو كثيرًا، { نُؤْتِهَا أَجْرَهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ } أي: مثل ما نعطي غيرها مرتين، { وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهَا رِزْقًا كَرِيمًا } وهي الجنة، فقنتن للّه ورسوله، وعملن صالحًا، فعلم بذلك أجرهن.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
